Chiefs-Packers Halftime Report: Aaron Rodgers is cruising as Packers lead 24-7

The Green Bay Packers lead the Kansas City Chiefs by the score of 24-7 at halftime of tonight's game.

The Packers got off to a good start on their second drive, as Aaron Rodgers drove the team down the field and found Ty Montgomery for an 8-yard touchdown, the first of the rookie's career. After another Chiefs three-and-out, Rodgers found Randall Cobb for a three-yard score.

Jamaal Charles added a nine-yard touchdown for the Chiefs before mason Crosby booted a 44-yard field goal to put the Packers back up by double digits at 17-7.

Rodgers then found James Jones for a 27-yard touchdown after drawing the Chiefs offside to make the score 24-7.

Rodgers leads the way with 16 completions on 22 attempts for 208 yards and three scores. James Jones has four catches for 68 yards and a score, while Randall Cobb has four for 54 yards and a touchdown of his own. Eddie Lacy ran for 34 yards on six carries.

For the Chiefs, Alex Smith has completed just two of seven passes for 39 yards, while Jamaal Charles has eight runs for 35 yards and a score.
