Though the NFL Scouting Combine officially opened yesterday, Wednesday of Combine week is really when the fun begins.
Today marks the first day that the Media Room is open at Lucas Oil Stadium. It is the second day in Indianapolis for specialists, offensive linemen, and running backs, however, as these players arrived on Tuesday and will be made available to the media today for interviews. During the day today, the second group of players will arrive in town, but that set of prospects (quarterbacks, wide receivers, and tight ends) will wait until tomorrow to meet with the media.
Also waiting until Thursday to give their press conferences are Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy and GM Ted Thompson, who will be speaking around mid-day tomorrow.
