Cheese Curds, 11/28: Packers preparing for tough Philly crowd, Christine Michael ready to debut

Green Bay should have its newest running back addition on the field tonight in Philadelphia.

Greg M. Cooper-USA TODAY Sports

Green Bay Packers fans got an extra day to recover from our tryptophan-induced comas this week - not only did the Packers have off on Thanksgiving Day for the first time since 2013, but they play on Monday Night Football instead. The game in Philadelphia tonight is a virtual must-win for the Packers, though we have been saying that for weeks now. However, a loss would put the Packers three games back of Detroit in the NFC North race as well as three losses behind Washington for the final Wild Card spot in the conference.

The Packers should suit up their latest running back signing tonight, as Christine Michael prepares to make his Packers debut. There is still no certainty to how much Michael will play, but he appears to be working hard to make sure he can contribute in a substantial and meaningful way.

Adams broke one arm three times, all in the same place, when he was in grade school. That led his mother to keep him out of football for his first two years in high school. Now, Adams is showing the form that made him the toast of spring camp the last two years.

This is ridiculous - if Tyreek Hill doesn't bobble the football, he's down short of the goal line. Instead, he didn't gain possession of the ball until it had crossed the plane, and it was a touchdown. Kansas City ended up winning this game with a field goal that bounced off the upright with just 5 seconds left in overtime.
