The Green Bay Packers took the field today for their first OTA practice, but one player has been wearing the green and gold for the past several days. That player is wide receiver and fifth-round draft pick Trevor Davis, who was out in Los Angeles participating in the NFLPA Rookie Premiere.
Davis was the only Packers player invited to the event, which has become essentially a quarterback/running back/wide receiver-only event. Only two players at other positions were invited this year, and coincidentally both were San Diego Chargers draft picks: DE Joey Bosa and TE Hunter Henry.
Over the weekend, Davis participated in all sorts of events, but first up he joined the other attendees in donning their full gameday uniforms for the first time:

After that, he put on some sort of NFLPA jersey for a brief video:

However, the best (and best-publicized) part of his weekend was Davis showing off his leaping ability - which Packers fans certainly hope to see plenty of as he leaps into the stands at Lambeau Field. His 38.5-inch vertical was on display here:

All in all, this is just a taste of what's to come from the new Packers wideout, but it's always fun to see a glimpse of a new Packer in his new uniform.
Davis should be practicing in front of the public on Tuesday, along with the rest of the Packers as they hold the first open practice of the year at approximately 11:30 AM Central time.
