Packers Depth Chart 2016: Projecting the offense as of OTAs

APC takes a stab at what the Green Bay offense looks like during spring practices.

Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports

The Green Bay Packers are moving on to week two of OTAs. With a week of practice (including one open session) under their belts, we have put together a very rough idea of what the team's depth chart looks like at this point. Of course, much of this is based on projection of existing starters and how the rookies fit in rather than being based on lengthy practice observations like those we'll see in minicamp or training camp.

Still, it bears watching the depth chart throughout the spring practices and into summer camp. Here's our best guess at what the offensive unit looks like at this time. Note that while some players may slot in at different positions (for example, Matt Rotheram has been practicing at center as well as at guard), but we tried to reflect true second and third lineups, rather than the players who would necessarily be the first to sub in at a given position.

Here's the offense as we see it at the present time.

Position Starter Second Unit Third String Reserves
QB Aaron Rodgers Brett Hundley Joe Callahan Marquise Williams
RB Eddie Lacy James Starks John Crockett Don Jackson, Brandon Burks
FB Aaron Ripkowski Alstevis Squirewell
WR (Z) Jordy Nelson Jeff Janis Jamel Johnson Geronimo Allison
WR (X) Davante Adams Trevor Davis Ed Williams Herb Waters
WR (Slot) Randall Cobb Ty Montgomery Jared Abbrederis
TE Richard Rodgers Jared Cook Justin Perillo Kennard Backman, Mitchell Henry, Casey Pierce
LT David Bakhtiari Jason Spriggs JC Tretter
LG Josh Sitton Lane Taylor Matt Rotheram
C Corey Linsley JC Tretter Jacob Flores
RG T.J. Lang Josh Walker Lucas Patrick
RT Bryan Bulaga Don Barclay Kyle Murphy
