Packers OTAs 2016: News and updates from open practice on June 6th

Are you ready to follow along with one last day of OTAs that's open to the public?

Mark Hoffman-USA TODAY Sports

This morning at 11:30 AM Central time, the Green Bay Packers plan to head out to Ray Nitschke Field for their third and final open practice of the Organized Team Activities phase of the offseason program. The team's OTAs continue through Thursday of this week, but the remaining practices will be closed to the public.

To wrap up the offseason, the team will hold its mandatory minicamp next week from June 14th through June 16th, and each day that the team practices that week will be open to the public.

For now, however, we will follow along with today's practice as the team conducts its drills outside. Several players are expected to sit out from team drills, including Jordy Nelson, T.J. Lang, Jared Cook, Ty Montgomery, and a handful of others. Keep yourself up-to-date on practice with news and reports from the team's beat writers below and we'll check in with more updates this afternoon.
