Packers vs. Chiefs Preseason 2016: Live game updates and discussion

NFL: Kansas City Chiefs at Green Bay Packers Benny Sieu-USA TODAY Sports

This evening, the Green Bay Packers wrap up their 2016 preseason schedule with a date against the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium. With few established starters scheduled to play tonight for either team, tune in this evening (details here) to enjoy four quarters of football between backups and reserves on both sides.

These two teams have a shared recent history in the fourth preseason game, playing in this contest many of the past few years. They also have many connections on and off the field, as head coach Andy Reid and GM John Dorsey were both employed by the Packers earlier in their respective careers.

Tonight’s game is all about evaluating the back end of the roster of course, but there are also a couple of battles for starting jobs going on for the Packers. Among the most interesting should be the inside linebackers and the competition for the third and fourth wide receiver spots. Keep an eye on those positions as well as the defensive line this evening.

Without further ado, join us in the comments for tonight’s game, and follow along below.
