Are you an athlete who recently ended up on the roster of a professional sports team in Wisconsin and want to make a good impression on your team’s fans?
Find a way to show that you support the other sports teams in the state (*whispers* especially the Packers!). That’s exactly what Milwaukee Bucks guard Matthew Dellavedova did this week.
The Bucks signed Dellavedova, who hails from Australia, to a four-year, $38 million contract this summer, pulling him away from the Cleveland Cavaliers in restricted free agency. That’s how to do it, folks. Congrats to Matthew on his new contract, and fans of Wisconsin sports should have another good one to look forward to.
Meanwhile, the highest-profile Packers player has become a noted supporter of other Wisconsin sports teams; quarterback Aaron Rodgers frequently attends Milwaukee Bucks and Wisconsin Badgers basketball games.
