On Thursday, the NFL Scouting Combine soldiered on, as media interviews reached their second day. Several more head coaches and general managers spoke in the morning, followed by the running backs and offensive linemen in the afternoon.
The player groups spoke around their bench press performances, which were taking place in a room adjacent to the media area, making it occasionally difficult to hear what certain players were saying. Still, there was plenty of interesting information to gain from the final day before the start of on-field workouts.
Tex Western of APC sat down with several SB Nation colleagues, including Dan Kadar, Chris Trapasso, Harry Lyles, and Jeanna Thomas, to break down the day from an overall NFL perspective; we discuss Thursday’s interviews, measurements, and the overall feel of the event for some of our Combine veterans.
