Game time is finally upon us.
After an excruciatingly long week of preparation, the Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys are kicking off at AT&T Stadium to decide who will go on to face the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Championship Game next Sunday at 3 PM Eastern time.
Today, the Packers will play without Jordy Nelson, who was injured in last week's win over the New York Giants. Nelson has broken ribs, and was ruled out on Friday. In his stead, the Packers will turn to Davante Adams, Randall Cobb, and Jared Cook as primary receivers to fill in the gaps that the veteran leaves on the field.
Of course, one of the big matchups is between the Packers' top-10 rushing defense and the Cowboys' running game, led by league-leading rusher Ezekiel Elliott. He shredded Green Bay's defense in the teams' first meetings this year, running for nearly 160 yards and a score as the Cowboys won 30-16. The Packers will need to contain him better today if they expect to have a chance to win.
