2017 NFC Championship Game Primer: Game Time, TV Broadcast, Online Streaming, & More

Green Bay is in its second NFC title game in three years - here’s how and when to tune in.

NFL: Green Bay Packers at Atlanta Falcons Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

Despite the Green Bay Packers’ many recent playoff collapses, the franchise has had quite the string of success in the last several years. This weekend, the Packers will play in their fourth NFC Championship Game in the last ten seasons, and their second in the past three. In addition, they are returning to a site where Aaron Rodgers had arguably the best performance of his career, playoffs or otherwise.

In the 2010 Divisional Playoffs, Rodgers completed 31 of 36 passes for 366 yards, 3 touchdowns, and no picks. That was good for a passer rating of 136.8, his highest of any single playoff game, and he also added a touchdown on the ground.

This week, Rodgers will have an opportunity to put up another legendary performance against a Falcons defense that is not highly-regarded. However, he faces an Atlanta offense led by the likely NFL MVP, Matt Ryan, whose regular-season passer rating (117.1) and yards per attempt (9.3) each lead the league by a significant margin.

Sunday should be a fun one. Here’s how and when to tune in.
