Today should be a fun day in the NFL. Not only are there two playoff games taking place today, but all four franchises involved are among the most storied teams in league history.
Among the Dolphins, Steelers, Giants, and Packers, the team with the fewest Super Bowl titles is Miami, with two. The Don Shula-led Dolphins made three straight Super Bowls in the early 1970s, winning in 1972 and 73. The Steelers are in a tie for the lead in Lombardi Trophies with six, while the Giants and Packers each have four.
Of course, the Packers can claim the edge in total number of NFL Championships, with thirteen to their credit.
With all that history on the field, today’s games should be good ones. Here is your schedule of events for today.
