On Sunday, the Green Bay Packers play a meaningful game without quarterback Aaron Rodgers for the first time in four years. Rodgers and his broken collarbone now give way to Brett Hundley as the Packers try to rebound from last week’s loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
Coming to town are the suddenly resurgent New Orleans Saints, who have ridden an aggressive defense and — unsurprisingly — the right arm of Drew Brees to a 3-2 record. Brees’ yards per game are down from years past, but he is reaping the benefits of having a suddenly strong running game with veteran Mark Ingram and rookie Alvin Kamara leading the way.
Here’s your game primer for the teams’ week seven game.
