The Green Bay Packers have had a rough time stopping the Dallas Cowboys thus far, and two injuries to the secondary won’t make it any easier.
Rookie CB Kevin King was injured on the Cowboys’ second drive and is being evaluated for a concussion. His status is unknown.
Backup safety Kentrell Brice injured his ankle on the first defensive series and his return is being listed as questionable.
Quentin Rollins came on for King and was promptly burned. Damarious Randall also gave up a touchdown, putting the Packers down two scores. Green Bay will need their rising rookie cornerback if they want to slow down the quick Dallas attack.
King made a statement on the first play of the game, stuffing Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott for a four yard loss. Unfortunately, it seems the rest of the defense has yet to show the same effort.
The Packers trail the Cowboys 21-6 in the second quarter.
