NFL: New York Jets at Buffalo Bills Timothy T. Ludwig-USA TODAY Sports

It’s an AFC East affair on Thursday Night Football, as one of the more surprising teams in the league — the 5-2 Bills — travel to New Jersey to play the bottom-dwelling New York Jets.

Buffalo, under head coach Sean McDermott, has been a pleasant surprise, and is winning games with a strong running game on both sides of the football. Buffalo is a top-ten rushing offense in terms of total yards, but they’re top five in stopping the run in both yards and yards per carry. Their pass defense is a different story, as they are 29th in yards allowed through the air; however, they lead the NFL in interceptions and in total turnovers, a large part of why they rank third in the league in terms of fewest points allowed.

Meanwhile the Jets are mediocre on both sides of the football, ranking in the league’s bottom third in most statistical categories. Look for a big game for LeSean McCoy, as New York’s front is a bottom-ten unit in rushing yards and yards per attempt.

Here’s how to tune in for tonight’s game.
