At the very least, the Green Bay Packers have made things interesting. Through one half of play, they have played step for step with the Pittsburgh Steelers with each team putting 14 points on the scoreboard.

After the Steelers kicked off the game with a first-drive score, quarterback Brett Hundley hit a wide-open Randall Cobb in space to match. Mason Crosby’s extra point gave the Packers a one-point lead.

After kicking the ball back to the Steelers, cornerback Damarious Randall intercepted Ben Roethlisberger and nearly returned the pick for a touchdown. Green Bay still scored on the drive as Hundley connected with rookie running back Jamaal Williams on a rare successful screen pass.

The Packers did give up another touchdown and two-point conversion to allow the Steelers to tie up the game. Still, Dom Capers’ defense has played decently on Sunday night, a critical development against one of the best offenses in the league.
