Tampa Bay took an early lead, scoring quickly on the opening possession of the game. James Winston hit Cameron Bears for a 28-yard score, but since then the Bucs' offense has managed just a field goal.

Williams leads the Packers with 66 yards and his score on 11 carries. Meanwhile, Brett Hundley is 6 of 9 passing for 48 yards and an interception.
