Ten days apart, we learned of the schedules for the Green Bay Packers for the 2017 preseason and regular season, respectively. However, as of the announcements on April 10th, we only knew about the order, location, and opponents in the preseason, not details on the exact dates or times of the exhibition games.
The Packers rectified that on Thursday evening, shortly after the NFL announced its regular season schedule. Without further ado, here is the finalized preseason schedule for 2017 (note that all times are Central):
- Philadelphia Eagles vs. Packers: Thursday, August 10, 7:00 PM
- Packers at Washington: Saturday, August 19, 6:30 PM
- Packers at Denver Broncos: Saturday, August 26, 8:00 PM
- Los Angeles Rams vs. Packers: Thursday, August 31st, 6:00 PM
Packers season ticket holders for the Gold Package will get tickets to the Midwest Shrine Game, which is the final game of the preseason against the Rams.
In addition, none of the Packers’ exhibition games are currently slated to be broadcast on national television. This means that viewers will have to watch on the Packers’ local broadcast network or via the NFL’s online streaming services.
