The Green Bay Packers’ players might be reporting to training camp on Wednesday of next week, but the report date for the team’s shareholders is Monday. That is when the team will be holding its annual owners’ meeting, and those coming to Green Bay for the first time in a while will be in for some new sights.
The real estate developments around Lambeau Field have taken off this offseason, with the Lodge Kohler hotel open already. That should give owners a bit of insight into how well the entire Titletown District is progressing at present.
Looking for more reason to go to the meeting? The forecast currently calls for sunny skies and a high temperature of about 75 degrees — perfect weather conditions for a few hours in the seating bowl at Lambeau Field.
Check out news on the meeting and much more in today’s Curds.
