The Green Bay Packers finally found the end zone early in the third quarter against the Seattle Seahawks on opening weekend of the 2017 NFL regular season.
On Seattle’s first offensive drive of the second half, Nick Perry and MIke Daniels each recorded sacks of Russell Wilson. Daniels’ sack, on a quick pressure up the middle, forced a fumble, which bounced into the waiting hands of Packers outside linebacker Kyler Fackrell.
Here’s a look at the play:

That turned the football over to the Packers’ offense at the six-yard line, and it took just one play for them to find the end zone. Ty Montgomery ran off left tackle and pushed through Kam Chancellor near the goal line, rolling into the end zone for the game’s first touchdown and a 7-3 Packers lead.
Green Bay’s defense has been pressuring Wilson early and often in this game, sacking him multiple times in the first half and forcing several incompletions. Stay tuned for more updates from the game here at APC.
