NFL: Arizona Cardinals at Atlanta Falcons Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

This Sunday, the Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Falcons take center stage on the NFL’s week two schedule, as the two teams will hold a rematch of last year’s NFC Championship Game. That contest is a sore spot for Packers fans, as the team stumbled out of the gate and the Falcons cruised to a comfortable win and a spot in Super Bowl LI.

(For the sake of Falcons fans, we won’t address what happened in that game.)

This week’s game is the second year in a row that the Packers will open up a new stadium on the road in week two on Sunday night. Last season, Green Bay traveled to Minnesota, losing an ugly 17-14 game in the first regular season contest at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Atlanta went through few significant personnel changes on their roster from last season, particularly on offense. In fact, the biggest loss on that side of the ball is probably offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan, who now holds the head coaching position for the San Francisco 49ers. Former USC head coach Steve Sarkisian is now calling plays in Atlanta, and the Falcons had moderate success last week in a 23-17 victory over the Chicago Bears.

Here are all the details for Sunday’s game, as both teams look to improve to 2-0 and earn a notable tiebreaker victory over a fellow NFC contender.
