Packers vs Seahawks Friday injury report: Montravious Adams out; Bryan Bulaga questionable for Packers

New, comments

Bulaga likely will still get the start

NFL: Green Bay Packers-OTA Mark Hoffman-USA TODAY Sports

The Friday injury report for the Green Bay Packers' Week 1 game against the Seattle Seahawks is out and thankfully there are not many Packers on the list.

Rookie defensive lineman Montravious Adams is listed as out, which isn't a surprise given he just recently started practicing after missing training camp with a foot injury.

Starting right tackle Bryan Bulaga is the only player listed as questionable since he has been limited in practice with an ankle injury.

Remember, the "probable" designation was eliminated from the injury report last season, and given that Bulaga went through practice Wednesday and Thursday (even in a limited basis) it sure sounds like he will start Sunday against the Seahawks. Coach Mike McCarthy also mentioned that Bulaga looked "good" in practice Wednesday, so that’s a good sign for the veteran offensive tackle.

As for the Packers' opponent, Seattle listed linebacker Michael Wilhoite (calf) as their only player out for Sunday while cornerback Richard Sherman (thigh) and running back Thomas Rawls (ankle) are listed as questionable.

Keeping in mind again the rules for the injury report, it seems like Green Bay will see both Sherman and Rawls Sunday.
