The Green Bay Packers hold three seventh-round draft picks in the 2018 NFL Draft. After selecting defensive end James Looney with pick number 232, the Packers were back on the clock quickly again with the 239th selection.
With that pick, the Packers have selected long snapper Hunter Bradley from Mississippi State. Bradley is listed at 6-foot-2 and 237 pounds and participated in the East-West Shrine Game in January. He was the primary long snapper for the Bulldogs for two seasons, in 2016 and 2017.
This may be an effort to finally find a long snapper of the future after the Packers went through three of them in 2017. They started the season with Brett Goode, then had Derek Hart and Taybor Pepper on the roster at times during the season before Goode returned from an injury.
Green Bay will close out their draft with pick number 248, which they acquired from the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night.
