Week 6 NFL Sunday Schedule: Chiefs-Patriots looks like a terrific matchup on SNF

While we wait an extra day to see the Green Bay Packers play, there is still plenty of football going on around the NFL on Sunday of week six. In fact, tonight’s prime time game sets up to be one of the best matchups in the league this season.

The 5-0 Chiefs have been blisteringly hot on offense this season, averaging 35 points per game and only dipping below 30 once all year. Their defense is largely a mess, allowing a whopping 5.8 yards per carry (last in the league) and ranking 19th in passing DVOA. They will be facing Bill Belichick’s New England Patriots, who come in on a long week after finally looking like the team everyone expected over the last two weeks, including a convincing win over the Colts on Thursday night last week.

That’s the big matchup today, but there are some decent under-cards during the day. Look to Panthers-Washington or Bears-Dolphins in the early batch of games if you need some interesting matchups.
