What if the problem is AR12 and not McCarthy?

There are multiple independent stories coming out about the relationship between AR12 and MM. What is really telling is the fact they are coming out now as the season seemingly spirals out of control which indicates that vested parties are now spilling the beans to control the postmortem narrative.

If AR12 is in fact feuding this intensely over play-calling and his own role, I am curious to hear from the McCarthy haters out there about how it will be different next year assuming there is a new HC and hence play caller.

Much like a revolution, it is easy to say what you don't like and much harder to explain what you do like. If the QB, whose guaranteed money makes him an NBA type player, is refusing to run/execute the coaches play calls then explain how that will change under a new coach who will most likely have less accomplishments and political capital than MM. Will AR12 have a say in picking the coach as in the NBA? Do you think AR12 will just do an internal self-correction and start taking underneath throws for the new coach where he refused to do it for the old coach?
