The Packers released their inactives for today’s tilt against the Cardinals, and as usual, there’s good news and bad news, though nothing really unexpected. Randall Cobb will suit up for the first time in quite a while, and you can expect him to return to his usual position in the slot. Hopefully the time off has done him some good as he’s underperformed when healthy this season.

There was some concern about David Bakhtiari missing the game, which would have been a disaster given the depth on the offensive line, but he’s going to give it a go. They will be joined by:
Jake Kumerow,
He will see some time outside,
In the snow,
with Peterson on Davante
Oooo yeah,
Oh someday soon,
he will catch a pass again,
pass again,
pass again...
The team also added fullback Danny Vitale, who is one of the most athletic fullbacks of all time, and will likely have John Kuhn’s name yelled at him at some point.
Out today, we have most of the secondary, with Kevin King still too injured to play, and Bashaud Breeland missing time as well. The safety spot fares no better with Kentrell Brice and Raven Greene both out. It’s a good thing the Cardinals are awful at passing.
Tim Boyle, Tra Carson, and Alex Light round out the inactives for the Packers, while the recently signed Quinten Rollins will be inactive for Arizona.
I should also mention that Mike Daniels was placed on IR earlier this week, ending his season, making any potential Packer rally to the playoffs extremely difficult.
The Packers couldn’t ask for a better opponent today given their specific injury situation, now they just need to take care of business.
