Falcons vs. Packers Q&A: Which team wins Sunday?

In their first game in over 13 years without Mike McCarthy, the Green Bay Packers take the field against the Atlanta Falcons. Dave Choate of The Falcoholic was kind enough to answer some of our questions about the Falcons and provide some insight into their strengths and weaknesses.

APC: Finally, it’s prediction time. Which team wins on Sunday and why?

The Packers just fired their head coach and should get a nice bounce off of that, and they’re not playing out the string in quite the way this dispirited Falcons team is. As poorly as Atlanta has played of late, I can’t see them standing a chance of winning this one, though I imagine they’ll keep it close given that both teams are kind of garbagey. With Green Bay running well and forcing a couple of big Atlanta mistakes, they win 28-20.
