Boy, the NFL and its media partners are really pushing a team coming off an 0-16 season this summer. This is the third week of the preseason and the third time that the Cleveland Browns are on national television. Their first two games against the Giants and Bills were both on NFL Network, and this week they open up the third set of preseason games with a FOX broadcast.
Sure, Baker Mayfield is drawing some eyeballs after going number one overall in the 2018 NFL Draft. Sure, the Browns are on Hard Knocks, which adds a bit to the intrigue around the franchise. But again, they went 0-16 last year.
However, the Green Bay Packers finally get on national television this week, although NFL Network is joining the game a half-hour in for some reason. Here’s your full NFL schedule for week three of the 2018 preseason.
