As of 1:00 Eastern Time on Sunday, NFL teams can begin putting together their practice squads. Final cuts came down at 4:00 PM Saturday, and with waivers clearing at noon today, players who went unclaimed are eligible to be added to those practice squads.

The Green Bay Packers have started putting their squad together already, with a few names showing up on the list already. The first two players on the list are a pair of seventh-round draft picks, both of whom were released by the Packers on Saturday. James Looney and Kendall Donnerson are staying with the organization after going unclaimed, providing them with opportunities to develop in Green Bay.

The Packers officially announced the signings of eight players to the practice squad on Sunday, including the two draft picks above. They filled the other two slots on Monday, signing back safety Marwin Evans and bringing aboard rookie cornerback Tony Brown. Brown went undrafted this spring and signed a free agent contract with the San Diego Chargers before being released at final cuts.

Brown worked out at the 2018 NFL Combine, running the 40-yard dash in 4.35 seconds and posting a time of 6.78 seconds in the 3-cone drill.
