Monday usually comes with happiness or frustration during football season, but with the Green Bay Packers on a bye in week 11, this Monday morning is just...there. We’re here, and perhaps we’re a little bummed that the Packers got no help in their playoff goals this weekend, but with the team idle it’s tough to get too high or too low about the events of the weekend.
With six games remaining in the 2019 season, however, the Packers’ goals remain well within their grasp. A division title is there for the taking. So too is home-field advantage in the NFC playoffs. And with a running game finally providing an excellent complement to Aaron Rodgers and the defense showing signs of good situational play, this team can go far if they can draw the home games in the postseason.
First, however, they have tough games ahead against the 49ers and Vikings as they try to get to that top seed. A win on Sunday night in California would be a massive step towards that goal, and a sweep through the division over the final three weeks would all but lock up an NFC North title. The goals are in sight — now it’s time to reach for them.

This breakdown of each of the NFC contenders brings up a fascinating point for the Packers. When Aaron Jones is on the field and Jamaal Williams is not, they are the best offense in football. When the roles are reversed, they're a net negative, losing the team points.
