With Super Bowl LIII in the rear-view mirror and the NFL’s offseason in full swing, the dates and deadlines for the various major events are fast approaching. The 2019 league year, free agency, and offseason workouts (for some teams) all begin within the next 60 days, and the 2019 NFL Draft begins just a few weeks later.

This year, the Green Bay Packers are eligible to get a head start on their offseason workouts. Because the team hired a new head coach in Matt LaFleur, they can begin their spring program on April 1st instead of having to wait another two weeks to get underway. They also have the ability to hold an early voluntary minicamp in April prior to the Draft.
