Left tackle David Bakhtiari is out with a chest injury for the second consecutive game, but kicker Mason Crosby will play for the Green Bay Packers Packers on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings after missing practice this week with injuries.
The Packers brought kicker Nick Vogel in for a look Friday in case Crosby wasn’t able to go, but his streak of consecutive games played will now extend to 215.
With Bakhtiari out, the Packers will likely turn again to Billy Turner at left tackle, leaving Rick Wagner to start on the right side. With Yannick Ngakoue now off to Baltimore and Danielle Hunter on season-ending injured reserve after back surgery, the Packers clearly are not overly concerned about the Vikings pass rush.
Raven Greene is also out today. He had been a limited participant in practice this week with an oblique injury, but fellow safety Darnell Savage returns to the lineup. Also active for the game is running back Tyler Ervin, who missed the Packers’ last two games with a wrist injury.
Here is the full list of Packers inactives for today’s game against the Vikings:
- QB Jordan Love
- CB Kevin King
- S Raven Greene
- RB Aaron Jones
- LB Randy Ramsey
- LT David Bakhtiari
- DL Billy Winn
