The Green Bay Packers still have two players on the reserve/COVID-19 list as they head towards their week 12 game against the Chicago Bears. Running back AJ Dillon and linebacker Krys Barnes remain on the reserve list, keeping the Packers short of depth at those two positions.
As a result, the Packers have once again elevated a pair of players to the active roster from the practice squad for gameday. This week, the players brought up are running back Mike Weber and linebacker De’Jon “Scoota” Harris.
This will be Weber’s second straight game elevated to the active roster, as he served as an emergency option in the backfield during last Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. However, Weber did not see the field on offense or on special teams. Harris is also being elevated for the second time, as he played on special teams in the Packers’ week four win over the Atlanta Falcons. Harris will likely participate on special teams again after James Burgess landed on injured reserve this week.
Stay tuned on Sunday evening for the full list of the Packers’ inactives, to be released about 90 minutes before kickoff.
