After spending their first two practices in shorts over the past three days, the Green Bay Packers will finally put the pads on for the first time in their 2020 training camp on Tuesday. Today’s practice should be a fun one, as the team finally gets to start some real contact.

On Monday, the team seemed to work for some time on installing plays that got the running back unit involved in the passing game. Rookie AJ Dillon — who we at APC have decided we’ll be calling “Quadzilla” — showed off some good hands in a few drills and generally impressed in his second day on the field.

Day three will begin to separate some players, however, as always happens when the pads go on and start to pop. Look for some 1-on-1 pass rush drills to get going today as the Packers keep trying to nail down a depth chart and starters on the right side of the offensive line.

Practice begins at 10:30 Central, so keep it here throughout the morning and into the early afternoon for updates.
