The Packers will be without two starters for the second half of their Week 1 game against the Vikings. Kenny Clark and Lucas Patrick have been ruled out after first half injuries.
Clark came up lame on the same play that Jaire Alexander intercepted a Kirk Cousins pass late in the second quarter. He left the field before the end of the half and has now been ruled out with a groin injury.
Patrick, meanwhile, started the game at left guard, allowing Elgton Jenkins to jump over to right tackle in relief of Billy Turner, who’s missing today’s game with a knee injury. Patrick, however, was injured himself in the second quarter and has been ruled out for the remainder of the game. He’s dealing with a shoulder injury.
Following Patrick’s exit, Jenkins returned to left guard and Rick Wagner, an offseason addition who dealt with his own injury issues throughout camp, stepped in at right tackle.
