Week two Sunday has arrived and with it comes the Green Bay Packers’ second game of the 2020 season. The Packers hold their home opener today as they welcome the Detroit Lions into Lambeau Field.

The two teams had very different results in week one against fellow divisional rivals from the NFC North. Green Bay’s offense rolled throughout the game, bogging down in the red zone a bit early but rebounding for a 41 points in a 43-34 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. The Lions, however, gave up a 17-point fourth-quarter lead to the Chicago Bears, falling 27-23 and dropping to 0-1.

Today, the Packers will try to maintain their success against Detroit in the win column from 2019 while holding much more control over the game than they did in either of last year’s meetings. In 2019, the Packers won both contests on game-winning field goals as time expired, having not held a lead for a single second of either contest.
