This Green Bay Packers team feels like one on a mission. A 13-3 season, an MVP at quarterback, the best wide receiver in football, and a defense on the ascent; it’s a nice combination. But none of those accolades and past results matter on Sunday. What matters is going out and beating the team on the other sideline.
And that team is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who handed the Packers their worst loss of the season. But like all of those other qualities, that game is in the past, with the tape serving only as a learning tool.
This week, we at Acme Packing Company are united in our predictions for the Packers. With the team finally getting to play an NFC title game at Lambeau Field for the first time in the Aaron Rodgers era, we feel that this is an opportunity that the Packers will seize, and that Green Bay will advance to Super Bowl LV.
If that happens, the AFC representative will present a formidable challenge regardless of which team wins in that conference. However, APC is split on whether the Kansas City Chiefs or Buffalo Bills will earn their place in the biggest game of the year. Patrick Mahomes has evidently cleared the concussion protocol and will play on Sunday afternoon, but plenty of our writers still see the Bills going into Arrowhead Stadium and emerging with a victory.
