The last time the Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Rams played one another, both teams had different uniforms. The two teams last met late in the 2017 season, with the Rams — in Sean McVay’s first year as head coach — getting the better of a Titans team that had yet to fully commit to the Derrick Henry experience.
This year, that is very different, but this game should be an exciting one, with these two teams sitting near the top of their respective conferences. It will make for a fitting Sunday Night Football game, even if the matchup falls a bit short of being the most intriguing one of the weekend.
That title likely belongs to the Green Bay Packers’ late-afternoon matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, and the narrative about this game ratcheted up to a different level when Aaron Rodgers tested positive for COVID-19 this week. That leaves backup Jordan Love to start his first regular season game in the NFL. He will do so against a Chiefs defense that has been truly awful this season, and with some injured players coming back, Love should be in as good a position as possible to succeed.
Before that game kicks off, however, there is an intriguing matchup in the Battle for Ohio as well as a few other interesting contests across the league. So check out the schedule below, keep it here at APC throughout the day, and enjoy today’s games with us in the comments!
