Ready for a thrilling NFC East matchup? The division expected by many to be the worst in the NFL this season is not that after one week, thanks to the Philadelphia Eagles actually winning last Sunday. No, only the NFC North remains winless through the first week of the season, but the East still has no shortage of issues running rampant across its teams.
Enter Thursday Night Football to expose some of those issues between one team expected to live in the cellar, the New York Giants, and a popular pick to win the division this year in the Washington Football Team. However, Washington’s quarterback, Ryan Fitzpatrick, will be out for an extended period of time with an injury, giving way to new starter Taylor Heinicke.
Meanwhile, we have this fun nugget to preview tonight’s game:
The Giants are 4-0 against Washington with Daniel Jones as their starter.
