For Cheddar or Wurst: Packers hope to avoid a Giant upset after the big win over the Chiefs

Vibes remain high after last Sunday’s big win. However, the Packers can’t afford to lose focus.

If you’re a fan of the Green Bay Packers, you’ve probably had a smile on your face all week.

That’s perfectly understandable after the Packers’ huge 27-19 win over the Kansas City Chiefs last week. Not only did they beat the defending champions but the Packers currently hold a playoff spot.

It’s been a remarkable turnaround from a few weeks ago when the Packers were 2-5. Yet there is still work to be done and as Matt LaFleur says, Green Bay needs to take it one game at a time and they can’t take any opponent lightly.

Next up: the New York Giants and arguably this is the first “trap” game the Packers have faced in this resurgence. It’s tough to call any game a “trap” game with a .500 team, but a loss here could dampen any momentum the Packers have gained in the last few weeks.

In the latest episode of “For Cheddar or Wurst,” Kris and Lindsay take one last joyful look back before giving their thoughts on Monday night’s game. It’s one the Packers should still win, but are memories of the early season struggles enough to cause some concern? Or does Green Bay firmly have their foot on the gas?
