Packers vs. Buccaneers, Week 15 2023: Live game updates & discussion

The Packers get some key players back in action today, but AJ Dillon won’t be able to go.

Aaron Jones is back. That’s the good news for the Green Bay Packers today, as the team will have its veteran starting running back on the field once again today following a sprained MCL.

Jones returns for this afternoon’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with both teams coming in at 6-7. However, his return comes contrasted against the absence of AJ Dillon, who filled in admirably for Jones in recent weeks. Dillon broke his thumb late in Monday’s game against the New York Giants, and unsurprisingly he will be unavailable today.

The Packers will have the services of most of their wide receivers today, despite Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks getting injured late on Monday as well. Both players are active for the game, however, so Jordan Love will only be missing Christian Watson from his wider receiver group.
