IF it happens, what should happen for the backup QB?

So, we don’t know if anything will change with Green Bay’s backfield , but if there is a move, how should the Packers fill the reserve role?

you obviously want someone with some NFL experience, but given the $9 mil additional cap hit, they have to be affordable. Do you try a Jameis Winston, hoping he can calm down? Do you get a Teddy Bridgewater, hoping a good supporting cast will improve play? How about Taylor Heinicke, who was fun watching, despite beating the Packers?

I think you try to do this with free agency because there are needs the draft can fill and there is plenty of experience out there….
