The APC Podcast, 11/14: Should Mike Pettine be the Packers’ next head coach?

Ben Foldy makes the case for Mike Pettine as the replacement for Mike McCarthy.

It’s been a while, but the pod crew finally gets to break down a win this week after the Green Bay Packers handled the Miami Dolphins in Lambeau to the tune of a 31-12 final. Heading into a short-turnaround Thursday Night Football game against the Seattle Seahawks, the Packers are now 4-4-1 and in the playoff mix amid a cast of other murky, shrug-inducing NFC teams. Here’s what you can expect on this episode:

  • A public apology to Kyler Fackrell (well, from some of us).
  • A screed about “McCarthy-hate autopilot” and a plea to fans to just be happy when the Packers play well.
  • The case for Mike Pettine to become the next head coach of the Green Bay Packers.
