Back during the lead up to Super Bowl LIV, SB Nation Cowboys writer and friend of the APC Podcast RJ Ochoa set up shop on Radio Row to talk to players and coaches. One incoming rookie that happened to stop by and chat was Memphis running back Patrick Taylor Jr.
Fast forward to April and, while his draft weekend didn’t go as planned, Taylor signed with the Green Bay Packers as a UDFA. He joins a big group of running backs in an offense that appears to be stocking up at the position. Given that, we thought it would be fun to resurface that audio from the Super Bowl. Listen in and hear RJ and Taylor talk about everything from Memphis BBQ and Whataburger to how he views the evolution of the running back position in the modern NFL. It’s a fun little get-to-know-you session with a new Packer. Enjoy!
