The Green Bay Packers jumped on board the trend of fun group touchdown celebrations on Sunday afternoon as the team beat the Dallas Cowboys 35-31. After the team’s first touchdown of the day — a 10-yard reception by Davante Adams — three Packers wide receivers had some fun by mimicking a bobsled team going down the slopes.
Obviously inspired by the film Cool Runnings, the three players — Adams, Randall Cobb, and Jordy Nelson — have given us a great moment early on in the 2017 season. As we so often do, we at Acme Packing Company thought it would be fun to commemorate the fun with a t-shirt, so here we are to present to you the “Green Bay Bobsled Team” shirt!
Coincidentally, the Packers themselves were sporting a shirt inspired by the celebration in the locker room after Wednesday’s practice, but we hope you’ll enjoy this design as much as theirs.
This design is now available on shirts of three different colors — green, gold, and white — and as always, APC’s proceeds will be donated to charity. Our chosen charity for fall of 2017 is the Hurricane Maria Recovery Fund run by Friends of Puerto Rico.
So get on up - it’s bobsled time!
