The Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Falcons have announced their inactive players for tonight's game. As was reported this afternoon by Lisa Salters of ESPN, both teams' starters who were listed as questionable are playing tonight - Sam Shields for the Packers and Roddy White for the Falcons.
Here are the inactive players on both sides.
Packers Inactives
LB Carl Bradford
DT Bruce Gaston
C Garth Gerhart
WR Jeff Janis
ILB Jamari Lattimore
TE Justin Perillo
QB Scott Tolzien
As expected and as reported this afternoon, cornerback Sam Shields is active for today's game and is expected to start. Lattimore is the only key player here on the inactive list, and he was ruled on on Saturday's injury report. Gaston, signed this afternoon when Luther Robinson was placed on Injured Reserve, will have to wait to make his Packers debut, while Jeff Janis remains inactive once again.
Falcons Inactives
CB Robert Alford
LB James Anderson
S Charles Godfrey
DE Stansly Maponga
QB Sean Renfree
T Jonathan Scott
LB Tyler Starr
For the Falcons, Alford was ruled out over the weekend like Lattimore, and Robert McClain will likely start in his place. Charles Godfrey also will not play and will not have the opportunity to be torched by Randall Cobb and Davante Adams - each of them scored a touchdown on Godfrey earlier this year when he was a member of the Carolina Panthers.
Get ready for kickoff - we're just over an hour away!
