It's all on the line this week in the NFC North. Two 11-4 teams will meet to decide the winner of the NFC North division and to decide which team will enter the playoffs with a first-round bye instead of going on the road for Wild-Card weekend. The Green Bay Packers play host to the Detroit Lions in the NFC North title game on Sunday afternoon.

Both teams have clinched playoff spots, but the winner of the game will clinch at worst the second seed in the NFC, with an outside chance at home-field advantage. The loser will almost certainly be the sixth seed in the conference, meaning a trip to Dallas would likely be awaiting them next week.

Here's everything you'll need to get ready for Sunday's game with our Game Primer.
