The Green Bay Packers have placed both Mason Crosby, Jace Sternberger, and Treyvon Hester on the COVID-19 reserve list, indicating they’ve either tested positive for the virus or have been in close contact with someone who has. This news comes as veterans reporting to training camp begin to get the results of their COVID-19 tests, which they took upon arrival.

Depending on their exact situation, there are a couple of different paths forward for the trio, as outlined in the league’s COVID-19 plans. Should any of them have a positive test, though, their road back to the active roster will be much longer.

These three are the second, third, and fourth players, respectively, to end up on the COVID-19 list. Edge rusher Greg Roberts ended up there earlier this week.

Devin Funchess remains the only Packers player to opt-out of the 2020 season so far, but it’s possible more players could make that decision as testing continues.
