2015 NFL Mock Draft: Kendricks and Agholor among next players taken in second round

More potential Packers targets drop off the draft board as the second round of our mock draft continues.

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

Our 2015 Acme Packing Company mock NFL draft continues today with picks 49 through 56 - the middle part of round two. Here we find one team making its first pick in the draft after trading away their first-round pick last year, as well as a few playoff teams trying to find a second key contributor.

Stay tuned tomorrow also, as we will have the Packers' second-round pick posted in the final group of round two selections.

#49 (KC): Nelson Agholor, WR, USC

With Jeremy Maclin now in town, Agholor gives the Chiefs an excellent second receiving option. His versatility working both outside and in the slot would be a great asset for Andy Reid. (Ryan)

Previous pick: OT Andrus Peat, Stanford

#50 (BUF): Cedric Ogbuehi, OT, Texas A&M

Josh: With Rex Ryan's ground-and-pound type of offensive gameplan, the Bills need to add an offensive lineman that can get to the second-level and free up some space for Shady McCoy.

Previous pick: none (traded to Browns)

#51 (HOU): Eric Kendricks, ILB, UCLA

The Texans look to build up the middle of the defense with their first two picks. Kendricks should fit nicely as the WILB next to Brian Cushing. (Ryan)

Previous pick: S Landon Collins, Alabama

#52 (PHI): Cody Prewitt, S, Ole Miss

Kris: Chip Kelly continues to rebuild his defense. Prewitt hopes to become the next Brian Dawkins.

Previous pick: WR Jaelen Strong, Arizona State

#53 (CIN): Tyler Lockett, WR, Kansas State

Jason: While A.J. Green is one of the league's best wide receivers, Mohamad Sanu isn't the ideal second option. Tyler Lockett could step in as the team's slot receiver and carve out a bigger role as he develops.

Previous pick: OT D.J. Humphries, Florida

#54 (DET): Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State

Kris: He might not be Nick Fairley, but Bennett would be a solid addition after losing both Fairley and Ndamukong Suh to free agency.

Previous pick: RB Todd Gurley, Georgia

#55 (ARI): Ronald Darby, CB, Florida State

Josh: Arizona could use an ILB, but Darby would be a better value pick at this spot to shore up some of their secondary deficiencies.

Previous pick: DT Jordan Phillips, Oklahoma

#56 (PIT): Damarious Randall, S, Arizona State

With Troy Polamalu retired, Randall would likely have a chance to step in as a starter from day one. He could also help out in the slot if necessary. (Brendan)

Previous pick: WR Dorial Green-Beckham, Oklahoma/Missouri
