This morning, we learned of another NFL Draft prospect who has come to Wisconsin for an official visit with the Green Bay Packers. Today’s report comes from national reporter Aaron Wilson, who brings us news of an athletic linebacker:
Oklahoma linebacker Jordan Evans visited the Green Bay Packers on Tuesday, according to a source

Jordan Evans had a terrific workout at Oklahoma’s Pro Day in early March, after being snubbed and not receiving an invite to the Scouting Combine. After measuring in just under 6’3” and at 232 pounds, Evans reportedly ran the 40-yard dash in 4.51 seconds with a 1.56-second time in the first 10 yards. He also had a 3-cone time of 7.01 seconds with a vertical of 38.5 inches. (Source)
Perhaps more impressive than Evans’ athletic testing are his statistics from his senior year. Evans recorded 98 total tackles, including 9.5 for loss and 2.5 sacks, but he was active in pass coverage. He intercepted four passes, and returned two of those for touchdowns, while adding eight pass defenses.
Currently, NFL Draft Scout rates Evans as a fifth-round prospect.
